On the back of a recent trip to Mauritius, I had a few extra days and thought since I had always wanted to go South Africa now was my chance. Although I had originally only planned on visiting Cape Town; a friend said I simply must go and check out the ‘big five’ as well.
He quickly deduced I had no clue as to what the ‘big five’ was and filled me in. The big five game animals of Africa, he told me, are: lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros. Cool! I’m a huge wildlife fan so I cut my stay short in Cape Town and headed to Singita’s Ebony and Boulder lodges located adjacent to South Africa’s famous Krueger National Park in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.
If you are looking for a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience, check-out Singita Ebony Lodge and Singita Boulders Lodge. Wow!! is all I can say.
Here are a few photos from a recent trip to both the Singita Ebony Lodge and Singita Boulders Lodge.
